I went and got 2 ripe bananas (didn't want to freeze too much on the off chance I wouldn't like it) sliced them and threw them in freezer.
Two hours later I put them in the food processor and 3 minutes later I had banana ice cream. I'll be damned if it wasn't delicious and sweet and yummy. I added a dollop of cool whip free and a bit of chocolate syrup. I will make this again. I might even add a cherry on top. Fun summer treat and an alternative to throwing the bananas out. Enjoy!
